About Fianna Hills

Fianna Hills is an independent golf journal rooted in Fort Smith and the Arkansas River Valley — named for one of the old country clubs on the city's south side. We cover the game the way it's actually played here: honest courses, sensible gear and the fundamentals, from the Ozarks down to the Oklahoma line.

Three things: where to play (our courses guides lead hard on local Arkansas and eastern-Oklahoma golf), what to carry (value-first gear reviews), and how to get better (learn the game the right way).
